This year’s StrangeForms Festival in Leeds is set to be huge, with performances from Cleft, Alpha Male Tea Party, Vasa, Body Hound and more.

For the past few years, Bad Owl have established themselves as THE promoters for left-field music in Leeds. Consistently putting on some of the best shows Yorkshire has to offer, organisers Stewart and Kerry have brought some incredible bands to the North. But with their annual Festival, StrangeForms, just around the corner, things are about to get even better.

Coming into its 3rd year, StrangeForms have just announced their first wave of bands for 2016. And actually, it’s shaping up to be the best yet.

This year you can expect performances from the likes of turbo-prog duo Cleft, riff-heavy funsters Alpha Male Tea Party and Scotch instrumentalist Vasa.

Also announced for 2016 are Wot Gorilla?, Fall Of Messiah, Waking Aida, We Never Learned To Live, UpcDownc, Body Hound, Bearfoot Beware, Stems, Those Amongst Us Are Wolves, The Vitasound Projects and Tall Talker.

If that wasn’t enough, StrangeForms have also confirmed they’ll be announcing 2 headliners early in 2016. So look out for that.

StrangeForms Festival is set to take place on the 2nd and 3rd of April at Wharf Chambers in Leeds.
